Business Visa Requirements

The main requirements to apply for this type of visa are as follows:

• Letter of Invitation.

What is the invitation letter LOI?

The invitation letter is the one issued by the Saudi Arabian company, it must be issued by Saudi MOFA and addressed to the Saudi consulate you planing to apply through. That agrees with the data that appears in the letter of presentation of the Saudi company. You have to specify the reasons for the trip along with your data, such as name, passport number, travel dates, and all the data.

This letter can only be sent through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Saudi Arabia Chamber of Commerce, and that's why we are here to help. When processing it, they will generate a registration code. It must start with number 700. 

Otherwise, you must attach a copy of the Commercial Register and a copy of the DNI of the owner of the company in Arabia with signature and seal. This code will be sent internally to you.

What is a Business letter?

It is a letter of presentation from the Local company. It must contain the following information:

• The information precisely as it appears in the invitation letter.
• Be in original and legalize it before the Local Chamber of Commerce and then by the Superior Chamber of Commerce.
• It must be issued in the name of the "Consulate of Saudi Arabia " with attention to "His Excellency Visa Consul."
• Print it on company letterhead.
• The applicant's details must be the same as the passport, passport number, profession, and position in the company.
• Indicate the type of visa requested.
• Explain the reason for the trip and the scheduled dates of the trip.
• Inform the data of the company that offers the employment relationship in Saudi Arabia.
• Be from a sealed and signed local company. Inform the name and title of the signatory, which cannot be the same traveler.
• The cover letter must be per person (for a maximum of one applicant).

Work technician visa

The same requirements must be presented as the tourist or business visa, such as passport, photo, form, family book, invitation letter plus the following requirements:

• You must have a certificate stating that you do not suffer from infectious diseases, such as HIV or hepatitis C. an authorized doctor must sign it, enrolled in the Local Medical College, the Official College of Physicians, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Apostilled criminal record
• Academic title if it is duly apostilled.
• Employment contract legalized by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and signed by both parties. 

Finally, this contract must indicate the position that the applicant will have, and this position must coincide with the academic title also presented.
