Working Visit visas are available for the purposes of undertaking short-term non-commercial work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are solely issued for the reason undertaking non business work related in Saudi Arabia. Authorisation by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs probably been acquired by a support organization in Saudi Arabia preceding the candidate applying for a visa. Candidates require a letter of welcome from the support organization in Saudi Arabia and a letter of presentation from their organization in the United Kingdom.
Requirements
- Below requirements are only valid for British passport holder applicants. For other country passport holders, kindly contact us for your country specific requirements.
- Authorisation by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for visa, or a letter of invitation approved by Saudi Chamber of Commerce addressed to the Royal embassy of Saudi Arabia in the United Kingdom.
- Passport must be valid for more than six months beyond post entry date and have two blank pages opposite each other.
- Saudi visa application and declaration form, (the forms are found in the pack).
- Two recent colour photographs taken against a white background and printed on high quality photo paper.
- An online visa application we will complete this on your behalf.
- A letter of invitation issued by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
- UK Company Support letter is required, please contact us for the template. The letter must be;
- Addressed to the Saudi embassy in London
- An original document and have the company’s full address and contact number. Copied or electronic signed letters are not accepted by the embassy
- Certified by British Chamber of Commerce, we can arrange this.
- Women under 40 their invitation must be from Saudi MOFA.

Additional Notes
- You must ensure that you do not hold any existing Saudi visas that are current. All previous visas must have expired or cancelled before making your new application otherwise contact us for arranging the cancellation.
- Visitors should not overstay the time approved on the visa
- The Saudi Embassy issues visa legitimacy and passages dependent on the visa supporter provided.
- Finished visas can't be changed or expanded once they have been issued.
- Candidates are just allowed to hold one substantial Saudi visa at any one time.
- Candidates with an offshore profession are allowed single entry only.
- The invitation provided by the host organization must be for a solitary section visa.
